As a consequence it has created this new role and is seeking a Business Development Executive who will focus upon the UK&I markets.
The position will be based in the Protective Coatings Division. The main goal of the position will be to develop the profitable customer base through maintaining, managing and developing the existing distribution network and, when appropriate, to introduce new distributors to the company. The Business Development Executive will have a thorough understanding of the customer market as well as the technical knowledge to develop credibility during a one to one relationship with those end user customers.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate caliber with experience from within the paint or protective coatings industry and be used to working with both technical material manufacturers, distribution networks and be able to develop working relationships with the customers.
