As a result of continual international expansion, it is growing their worldwide operations. We are currently recruiting for a Director Turbines to help the continued development of their Polish subsidiary, which provides Material Handling, Boiler and Turbine construction and maintenance services.
Reporting to the Operations Director the role calls for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish, with a proven track record in leadership in order to drive the business and individuals forward.
An industry specialist with a suitable degree, you will be will responsible for; developing an analysis taking into consideration the situation of company and market requirements and implement mid and long-term plans regarding business activities of subordinated units/divisions and monitoring of their performance; setting key business targets for subordinated units/divisions; efficient and effective management of Turbine business stream; proposal activities and obtaining contracts.
You will also need to have significant combined construction operations and management experience, and will have managed multi-disciplined engineering teams in the execution of projects.
