Salary: £70 -80,000 plus full benefits
Part of a European world-class engineering business, the company is the market leader in the manufacture and supply of machine tools and systems for use in a broad range of engineering and manufacturing industries. The Group employs around 1000 across Europe, has a turnover of €750million, and markets its products through both direct sales and distribution.
As well as having direct sales & service operations in the EMEA region they also supply through dedicated national dealers in territories including Spain, Portugal, across Scandinavia and the Middle East.
They are now seeking to recruit an Export Sales Manager to take responsibility for these national dealers across the region. The role will involve managing, supporting and coordinating the dealers ensuring that sales targets are met and that full technical support is provided to them and their customers. Based in the UK it is anticipated that the role will involve around 20% travel throughout the region.
Ideally you will be an experienced export sales manager, preferably within the capital equipment or machine tool sectors, having a full understanding of the technical and engineering aspects of the products. You will need to be commercially astute, with the ability to motivate and coordinate agents and distributors across several diverse cultures.
The salary package includes substantial basic, bonus, full benefits and relocation assistance where required.
