Is it good to go back?
Whilst the war for talent has been on hold for many companies, the market is starting to move again and companies will soon start to look for quality personnel to help them move forward. In times like this it is tempting for companies to look for ‘who they know’ for ‘what they know’ and find ex-employees and ask them to come back.

Culture eats strategy for breakfast
Strategy, as always, comes from the top and really it doesn’t matter how good or how cutting edge your strategy is; if you don’t have the people with the right attitude (culture) then there is little or no chance of the strategy working! Unless you have a massive personnel change first.

International Update
At the recent global meeting in Marseilles all InterSearch partners agreed on two things; that 2009 was a very poor year and that 2010 is proving to be much better with everyone stating that business in their home markets is now growing.
