Salary: €80,000, car, bonus, relocation
The company is a privately owned international group that manages a number of complimentary manufacturing businesses across four key industrial sectors. In order to maintain their competitive advantage the Group has created this new role that acts as a technical support function to the individual companies and the business segments. The role focuses on looking at how each business can improve manufacturing processes and implement modern lean manufacturing techniques. They will be responsible for benchmarking the business against best in class and introducing KPI’s to help the local Managing Directors manage their businesses as well as providing a focal point for local plants managers to approach for knowledge.
This position is fully supported by the Group Executive and will have the opportunity to play a significant part in the way that all of the businesses perform in the future. With an International spread of businesses, candidates will spend approximately 50% of their time at the Global sites.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with extensive experience gained in improving manufacturing plant performance through the introduction of modern lean manufacturing techniques.
